  • Complimentary shipping is offered on orders AED 500 and above. On orders below AED 500, a delivery fee of AED 20 is applicable.

  • We offer next-day delivery.

  • Ceramics are excluded from delivery due to the risk of breakage. Please also note that regular deliveries are limited to a maximum weight of 7 kg and product dimensions cannot exceed 35 × 35 × 35 cm.

    Oversized items may be eligible for delivery at the store’s discretion. The maximum size for oversized items is 1 meter in any single dimension, with the combined total of all three dimensions not exceeding 160 cm. Please note that the weight limit is 15 kg maximum.
