Damages

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and report any damage, defects, or missing items in writing within 48 hours of receipt. Reports must be made to one of the following contacts:

Payment

Payment is processed in-store at the check-out desk. Orders may be cancelled if payment fails due to insufficient funds or authorization issues.

Delivery Information

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses, contact numbers, and access instructions. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect details or unavailability, additional charges may apply, or the order may be returned to the store.

Exchange Policy

We offer in-store exchanges within 14 days of purchase, subject to the following:

  • Items must be in their original, unused, and resalable condition, accompanied by a valid receipt.

  • Exchanges must be completed at the store of original purchase.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, swimwear, earrings, and cosmetics cannot be exchanged unless there is a clear manufacturing fault.

  • Items exchanged once cannot be exchanged again.

  • No refunds are offered.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery dates are estimated and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier capacity, or customs delays. Collective Africa is not liable for delivery delays.
