HOME DELIVERY POLICY
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and report any damage, defects, or missing items in writing within 48 hours of receipt.
Payment is processed in-store on on order. Orders may be cancelled if payment fails due to insufficient funds or authorization issues.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses, contact numbers, and access instructions. Additional charges may apply or orders may be returned if delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or unavailability.
To give our customers confidence to shop with us, our stores offer an in-store exchange, within 14 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions. Returned items should be in their original and resalable condition and accompanied by a valid receipt, only in the store where the item was purchased. For hygiene and safety reasons, swimwear, earrings and cosmetics cannot be exchanged unless there is a clear manufacturing fault. Any exchanged item cannot be re-exchanged again. No refunds.
